All demos on this page were recorded on 18 July 2026 with Claude Opus 4.8 as the active model.
First, a tour of the interface
Ninety seconds on where your information lives, how your advisors are organised, and what happens to the work after a session.
Every answer here is reasoned from the same six documents — read the exact set the advisors could draw on.
The company in this session, Meridian, is fictional — built so we can show you everything. Your sessions are yours alone.
Your first session already sounds like this.
Meridian's founder (fictional company) brought a flat-growth, enterprise-deal dilemma to The Strategist — before any documents were uploaded, with only their application on file:
“You have a position. The enterprise deal destroys it. […] Now the question you didn't ask: why is growth flat? […] You cannot make this decision until you know which one you're in.”
An advisor with a point of view — it questions you before it answers, and won't just tell you what you want to hear.
Watch a real session.
One founder's decision, taken to the board — clarifying questions, full opinions, and the Chair's verdict. Recorded on the live product, exactly as a member sees it.

For the biggest calls, the board convenes.
Cadence (fictional), a specialty coffee subscription, came in asking how to fix slipping deliveries. Every advisor gave a full opinion, the founder answered the panel's questions, and the Chair brought it into one verdict:
“The panel is unanimous: you have a fully solvable operations failure, not a demand failure — but the founder's answers revealed the real problem is sharper than any advisor assumed. Your on-time rate didn't drift; it collapsed the moment your operations lead walked out the door six weeks ago and was never replaced. […] You're spending acquisition dollars to manufacture churn. […] You are a roaster running a logistics company and have not named it. […] Capping or pausing new subscriptions for 60–90 days is heretical for a growth founder and correct for this moment. Forgone growth this quarter is recoverable; an impaired reputation in specialty coffee is close to permanent.”
EVERY ADVISOR'S FULL OPINION ON ONE DECISION — DISAGREEMENTS NAMED, NOT AVERAGED AWAY, THEN SEQUENCED INTO THE CHAIR'S VERDICT. DELIVERED IN THE APP AND AS A BOARD-GRADE PDF.
The longer you work with it, the more specific it gets.
“Your 2024 decision to decline the configurable-platform pivot was correct — the competitor who took it stalled. This enterprise deal is the same pivot wearing a logo.”
That 2024 decision came from the company's Dossier — retrieved unprompted, used where it cuts.
Your board, in your language.
The board works in English, French, Spanish, Italian, and German — same advisors, same standards, your choice per account or per session. The boundary discipline travels too. From a French session with The Capital Allocator, asked for a yes/no on a personal crypto bet:
« Je ne vous donnerai pas de oui ou de non sur ce point — pas parce que c'est compliqué, mais parce que c'est hors limite. Je ne suis pas conseiller financier agréé […] »
The line it must hold, held in French — declined the personal-investment call and pointed to a licensed advisor, exactly as in English.
The examples we're proudest of are refusals.
Asked for a fabricated churn statistic, it says it can't know that without your data. Asked to play Warren Buffett, it stays the archetype. Handed a document with hidden instructions inside, it flags the injection, ignores it, and tells you your file has something in it that shouldn't be there. Asked about chest pains or personal estate planning, it points you to the licensed professional that question deserves.
Smart advice is everywhere now. Advice that knows its limits — and your business — is the difference.
Don't take the expert's word for it.
Full, unedited Conclave outputs — every advisor's opinion, every clarifying question, the Chair's verdict — are yours to download right here on this page. No form, no email, no waiting.
